The FLP is a free duty solicitor service for unrepresented parties in the Newcastle Family Court and Federal Magistrates Court, which provides the following service:
Legal advice and information
Explanation and help with court forms
Limited representation in court
Limited help with negotiations

The FRC Partnership provides free legal advice in separation, divorce and parenting matters to parents undertaking dispute resolution in the Newcastle and Taree FRC's.
